- Policy and research analyst in EU projects for the European Commission: -> Policy Analyst in the European Network for Rural Development (ENRD) since 2015; -> Policy and Research Officer in the European Network of Fisheries Areas (FARNET), 2014-2015. -> Evaluation Officer in the Helpdesk of the European Network for Rural Development, 2013-2014.

- Advise and assist in the operationalisation of development strategy of the organisation, nurturing relationships and identifying and evaluating business opportunities.- Coordinate the strategic policy direction of the Unit and the related thematic strands of the organisation (Rural& Territorial development, Green growth, Social inclusion and entrepreneurship).

- Plan, coordinate and implement the annual programme of the Unit.- Support Business development activities (answering calls for tenders and projects, meeting with potential partners, prospects, etc) and define the strategic lines of action of the Unit.- Represent the organisation in meetings and participate as speaker in conferences, webinars, expert groups, etc.

• Mainstreaming Decent Rural Employment (DRE) aspects, within FAO’s work programme as well as national and regional processes supported by FAO; • Research and summary of information on DRE, particularly on rural youth employment as needed to support ongoing activities of ESW; • Assist project implementation of youth employment activities in various countries, including participation in day- to-day operational tasks such as organization of workshops, responding to requests for information and presentations and compiling information; • Assist the DRE Team in preparing advocacy type of communication on DRE, particularly on rural youth employment and in the dissemination and communication of knowledge and information products
