As a race car driver wannabe, I am fulfilling my dream vicariously through my job! I manage track rentals, hospitality, adventure programs, Road America's Driving School and Motorcycle School as well as additional corporate programs and events. I also work with vehicle manufacturers to set up arrive and drive programs, testing and vehicle launches at Road America. I build strong relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers and other parties so that events run smoothly and we can exceed customer's expectations. The biggest part of my job is filling our calendar with events from April to October. This requires working with all of our customers to find dates that work best for all involved. There are usually about 30 weekends in that time frame and my goal is to have them all booked by October of the year prior. For 2018 they have all been booked since mid-October of 2017. We also have to schedule approximately 100 classes every year. Everything from a motorcycle basic rider course or a teen driver program, all the way to our high performance driving programs and track days.
