I'm a filmmaker turned Data Analyst committed to the philosophy of respect and deep interest for understanding cultures, places, and systems. I'm currently invested in how Machine Learning can help us better describe and support the development of our ever-changing world. Proficient in Python, SQL, Statistical Analysis, Tableau and Machine Learning modeling.Strong professional with an MFA in Filmmaking from New York University and recently graduated from the Data Analytics Bootcamp at Ironhack. I am incredibly versatile team player, my work as a filmmaker in more than 20 productions has taken me to over 10 countries: the Philippines, Singapore, China, South Korea, Vietnam, India, France, Czech Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the United States.After 7 years of working in the film industry, taking advantage of the new perspective the pandemic provided, I took on the challenge and became a Data Scientist. I attended the Data Analytics bootcamp at Ironhack where I won the final project competition. This was not an easy task but it came with a reassuring reminder of my determination, resilience and love for knowledge.
