I improved the accessibility of WordPress, the platform that powers more than 35% of the Web, by designing features that empower more authors to use the block editor, all while enabling the creation of more accessible content. I also spearheaded initiatives such as usability tests with disabled participants for WordPress.com, and created processes and documentation around accessibility best practices for designers and developers.

I revitalized and designed new features for FogBugz, an aging project management platform with hundreds of thousands of loyal users, attracting new customers and increasing conversion rates.
