I'm a self-taught computer and technology enthusiast, or "geek" as I prefer to describe it, with a very versatile and broad set of skills.I've been a GNU/Linux- and OpenSource advocate since 1997 when I was first introduced to that world through Red Hat 4.2 "Biltmore", and from there on out it's been a great ride and an educational journey.Other skills include - but are certainly not limited to - web development, databases, hardware, networking, all flavours of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, and above else an insatiable thirst for more knowledge.
