• Responsible for the overall operations of two manufacturing facilities in Davao, producing Polyethylene and Polypropylene blown film (mono and multi-layer) products, and polypropylene twine and a plastic waste recycling plant.• Brought down overall waste % of the plant from 7% to 5% through Cost of Quality COQ Analysis and leading a team to implement identified action plans.• Implemented a sustainable 5S program. This program was crucial in the company passing all client audits including that of Zenith Foods Corporation (Commissary of Jollibee), San Miguel Foods Corporation, Citramina and other Food and non food clients.
