About Eric Burton

I have been engaged with enterprise in education for the past fifteen years working with pupils from the age of 5 through to 18+ and those training to be teachers. I am in this area because of the passion and not the pension. I have been involved in writing the past three national enterprise publications for the Scottish Goverment ; Get into Enterprise, Up for Enterprise and Get Into Business. In Scotland I am an enterprise champion and have been assisting in developing and supporting enterprise in education internationally in Estonia, Norway, Australia, England and Spain.Retired from Council in Oct 2012 and took up a new coordinator post with a new 2 year funded European Leader Project ; Rural Connect. Great new idea to connect the people in West Lothian with their rural environment and one close to my heart and values.Specialties: Creativity and innovation , inspiring pupils, students and teachers. Developing training programmes and resources and online training.
