Allison's role at Paramount was to develop new business, manage projects and to advise clients on the best prototyping method for their product requirements. Industry experience includes: toy, medical device, industrial product, consumer products and department of defense programs.

Toy designer responsible for the design and development of a toy line containing 20 SKUs. Responsibilities: design, prototyping and sample program, produce tooling patterns, work with mechanical and soft good engineers, coordinate with marketing and chinese manufacturers.
