●Design and implement Power Inverted Unit (PIU) used in various governmental and commercial aerospace systems ranging from 30 to 150KVA capabilities.● Troubleshoot complicated system down to component level by utilizing keen observation and critical thinking skills with knowledge of electronics. Additionally, work with vendor on implementing corrective action after preforming root cause analysis.● Design, test, troubleshoot and validate various system faults condition, including but not limited to over/under voltage, over current, feeder fault, ground fault, over temperature and open point of regulation.● Design custom test systems using LabVIEW and Arduino to validate functionality of circuit boards.● Implement test systems in accordance with DO-160 Protocol.● Maintain current knowledge of industry standards for Variable Speed Constant Frequency (VSCF) and brush-less generators technology.●Travel to customer site such as the US Navy Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) in order to preform key root cause analysis of electrical power system.
