As a highly accomplished & dedicated professional in the field of mental health, I have spent many years working tirelessly to promote awareness of mental health issues and provide support and counselling to those who need it. My academic qualifications include a BA in Sociology, a Masters in Family Counselling, and I am currently preparing for a PhD in Gifted Education. I have also obtained several relevant certifications and participated in numerous workshops to further develop my skills.In 2019, I founded the 'focus on ADHD' platform, which has become the first Arab professional platform to spread awareness of ADHD and train educators and adults on ADHD management in the Arab world. Building on this success, I established Morshdy Company in the UK in 2020, which provides training, counselling, and support in the field of mental health. The company has since been transferred to the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2022.My career highlights include my role as a social counsellor at the Pearl of the Arabian Gulf Private School and Head of the Counselling and Special Education Department at the Arabian Gulf Pearl School. During this time, I developed the Counselling and Special Education Department’s work strategy in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Training Quality Authority, obtaining the highest rating in the Authority’s report for the Social Counselling Department. I also designed a software for recording and archiving the work of the Social Counselling Department and drafted a handbook of behavioural discipline regulations for all academic levels.Additionally, I established the school's gifted program, which received special praise from the Ministry of Education as the best program for gifted students in Bahrain schools. I developed plans to involve students in local and international competitions, resulting in advanced positions in all competitions. I also contributed directly to the school winning the Minister of Education Award and developed the Learning Difficulties Department by providing the largest amount of diagnostic tests and measures for learning difficulties.As the founder of Morshdy Company, I am committed to promoting mental health awareness and providing individuals with the tools they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.With my extensive experience and passion for mental health, I am confident that Morshdy Company will continue to be a leading provider of mental health services in the Kingdom of Bahrain and beyond.

Despite the fact that ADHD is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that affects people of all races and cultures, there is still a great deal of stigma and misinformation surrounding the disorder in the Arab world. By raising awareness about ADHD, we hope to break down these barriers and help individuals with ADHD receive the support and resources they need.Another key goal of the platform is to provide training and support to educators and adults on how to effectively manage ADHD. Educators play a critical role in supporting children with ADHD, and by providing them with evidence-based training, we can help them create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Adults with ADHD also require support and training to manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.To achieve these objectives, the platform will offer a range of services and resources. These include online courses, webinars, workshops, and support groups, all of which will be tailored to the unique needs of the Arab world. We will also work to develop partnerships with schools, universities, and healthcare providers to expand our reach and ensure that our message is reaching as many people as possible.Overall, my vision as the founder of this platform is to create a more inclusive and supportive society for individuals with ADHD in the Arab world. It was the first licensed electronic magazine of its kind in Bahrain and started in 2011.
