Arnab Mobility is a UAE startup which offers on-demand smart mobility solutions including electric kick scooters, electric bikes etc. This concept in transportation sector is a new concept in the region and I work across the geographies including UAE, China, Germany, Netherlands and US. ▪ Business strategy: Assessing the product market fit, growth strategy fit with a focus on increasing customer adoption with tangible revenue results.▪ Product strategy: Identifying the product features and leading product enhancements in line with consumer needs and effectively managing the product expectations. Assessing the customer journey from product inception to execution.▪ Technology: Acting CTO for the product development.▪ Customer acquisition/management strategy: Understanding the needs of Middle East consumers and tailoring products, services, packages and features to increase utilization of the fleet. Also managing customer feedback for a tailored consumer experience and journey.▪ Partnerships: Developing an innovative partnerships model for B2B (Business to Business Clients) and B2C clients and partnerships to lock-in future revenues.▪ Marketing operations: Assessment of offline and online consumer outreach campaigns to boost customer adoption and awareness.▪ Go-to-market strategy/Growth strategy/Regulatory liaison: Identifying the growth markets in MENA region and leading strategies/approach to enter the market.

Verizit (pronounced "where is it" with a V) is a product search and location engine for physical (brick and mortar) stores in real-time through an app/ web. Consumers can find any products in nearby physical stores in real-time.

Led a number of process improvement projects with Sr. Management for key clients in the region and his breadth of experience includes Infrastructure, Real Estate, IT, Transportation, Banking and Financial Services, Hospitality, and Government among others across UAE. Also worked extensively on creating and implementing Policies, Processes and Procedures across clients.Responsible for also implementing Technology Governance Framework for Roads and Transport Authority

Webshiksha provides various offline IT and Robotics based training's throughout India. It is a sister company of Robospecies, and has a clientele of around 100 colleges all over India. The companies have taught and guided more than 30000 students all over India in past 4 years.

The education startup is based in Delhi-NCR. It is an online examination preparation platform targeted towards medical and engineering examinations in India. The website also focuses on information exchange between the students and teachers registered on the website

Taking cues from our Global Leader for GPS "Uschi Schreiber" who says "Globalisation is impacting significantly on Governments, creating greater interconnection of problems but also of ideas and solutions", my work involves creating these innovative ideas and solutions across government clients for achieving greater transparency, accountability and accessibility leading to "Good Governance" locally and nationally. My current base location is India and my work involves serving different state governments as clients.

To compliment my skills, to gain an exposure and to explore opportunities in international markets, motivated me to join MBA in one of India's finest B-Schools. I have had the experience to pursue my MBA in Singapore as well as Dubai, two of the most important regions in the coming future. The program has definitely added a value to my future career prospects.

Our study was divided in two phases:Phase One: "Go-To Market Strategy" Identifying the logistics spend in the upstream market at various tiers through collection of qualitative as well as quantitative data by interacting with companies such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Shell & BP and then making a collaborative effort to structure a "Go-to Market Strategy" Phase Two: "Differentiating Strategy"To do a comparative analysis with the services being offered by DHL’s competition currently & identify the areas or services that DHL may want to focus in future to enhance their revenues in the upstream market.

Key Responsibilities:- Analysis of various technical artifacts like Requirement Traceability Matrix, Bug Tracking, Detailed Assessment Reports, FRS, SRS, Use Case reviews- Management functions in organizing different activities relating to overall supervision of various functions of CCTNS ( Project implementation Report)- Artifact design & Technical review of CCTNS Architecture- Formulation, Planning, Implementation, Co-ordination, and supervision of development activities like data centers, application servers- Field visits for research, technical studies & evaluation of progress of different states- Management & Co-ordination with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, WIPRO & NISG- Project management ActivitiesKey Accomplishments:- Successfully implemented Project management related activities- Publish research report for department on Thin-Client Systems, Solar power, GIS, Mobile application, Fingerprinting systems- Management of key stakeholders by way of introducing IT into everyday use thereby saving 2700 Manpower hours every month

I had the opportunity to be part of this historic event that focused on building relationship between individuals in South Asia. The event was a perfect blend of high intellect people, bureaucracy, politics and generation-x entrepreneurs with a focus on creativity, innovation and networking.

In keeping up with my high motivation and the need to find new & challenging opportunities i became the part of Tedx Singapore team.

I was an active member of TiE Singapore and was actively involved in various activities from organizing the event to participating in the event. This was a tremendous value add to my learning as well as profile. I had the opportunity to interact with many achievers and business leaders.

With an aim to provide "Education and Employment to All", I am a part of this initiative in India. Acting as a partner, I am responsible for establishing an educational institute in India to cater to growing demand of quality affordable education. This institute is aimed to provide government recognized qualifications and aid in employment.
