Mr. Nugent is a member of Booz Allen’s Decision Analytics functional community. He is currently the lead cost estimator for the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) program. Mr. Nugent completes the development, maintenance, and documentation of CSRR financial reporting for the CSRR Program Life Cycle Cost Estimate (PLCCE), program budgets, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Spend Plan development, execution analysis, Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), program risk and affordability assessments. These financial reports are used for Milestone and Full Rate Production (FRP) decisions, input into the APBs, Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Test and Management Plan (TEMP), and Acquisition Strategy/Acquisition Plan (AS/AP). Mr. Nugent’s unique, cross-functional experience and expertise has supported the development of various cost estimating methods to predict man power and expenditures to determine total projected costs, funding requirements, and overhead rates for the CSRR program.
