This led to an improved cost per case (CPC) in Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 by over +1.2%.● Assisted production manager in managing over 180 operatives across 8 production lines in collaboration with warehouse, utility, maintenance and logistics teams in boosting production material yield against PY as follow; Can body +0.14%, Crowns +0.24%, Preform +0.02%, Can ends +0.49%, Shrink film +9.37%, Tray pad/divider +0.11%, and sleeve +0.05%.● Agile and systematic approach to Material management via effective material returns, usage variance analysis and reconciliation.● Assisted production manager in calculating monthly bonus for over 250 production operatives, maintenance technicians, quality technicians and raw material teams. Ensuring bonus is calculated with the correct information, making sure approvals/corrections are ready before delivery timeframe.● Collaborated with supply‐chain and manufacturing team in improving plant's performance in the Supply‐Chain Champions League via providing business insights to the team on a daily and weekly basis using Excel and Microsoft power BI tools. In Q4 of 2021, we jumped from 7th to 3rd position in the Supply Chain Champions league.
