One of the key duties for mentor coordinators is identifying individuals who would make good mentors. We help administration pair each mentor with a mentee and provide mentors with guidance concerning what to teach mentees. Mentor coordinators provide mentors with a list of goals that the mentor and mentee should accomplish throughout the course of the program.Two other major job duties include monitoring and evaluating mentor/mentee relationships. Coordinators usually monitor these relationships through verbal communications, such as face-to-face. Indirect communication may include reviewing progress reports written by mentors. As coordinators, I also evaluate each mentor/mentee pair to determine if any changes must be made, such as reassigning the mentor or mentee.

The District Technology Facilitator serves as the educational arm to support the use of technology as a meaningful tool for instruction. I support the needs of the faculty, staff, students and school community both in and outside the classroom. I instruct or assist in the instruction of students on a daily basis in accordance with the District Technology Plan and support staff in the deployment and utilization of instructional technology in the classroom. I organize, coordinate and implement all non-infrastructure technology equipment and software deployments. In addition, I review and evaluate new software and hardware as it is developed for classroom use and advise the Administration and Staff regarding its acquisition and possible use.

As a health teacher, I educate students in a supportive and positive climate that develops each child with the skills, attitudes, and knowledge on how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Instruct children to learn and develop the skills necessary to successfully participate in, and enjoy, a variety of activities and games by creating a safe and non-threatening environment. Ensure children are individually challenged and encouraged to develop skills usable in sports, recreation and daily living.

Responsible for providing daily management for athletic programs and projects. Develop and supervise appropriate rules and regulations regarding conduct of athletic activities. Excellent ability to organize the events and academic programs. Foster good school-community relationship by updating the athletic website and weekly communication with parents.
