I-am is a new company of Altea Federation, specializing in Asset Management, solutions and technologies for infrastructure monitoring. As a member of the board of directors, I support the CEO and the team in the development of market strategies, with particular attention to the network of national and international partners who, with their proposals, constitute the company's offering.

Together with the management team, I led the corporate reorganization, relaunching the brand and consolidating the financial results. The commercial strategies were redesigned by strengthening the partnership ties with the reference brands (Infor and Teamsystem).An acquisition was finalized which further allowed the consolidation of the market position of the Infor partners.

As CEO, I managed the reorganization of the Digital component of Altea federation.Strategies have been designed to access a broader and more complete organizational future.The main topics were: identification of the right partners, stabilization of the business model, design of offerings expected by customers with a view to convergence between business and technology.

I managed, at European level, the reorganization of the Business Unit which collects all the Supply Chain products (SCE, SCP). I interfaced the Product management team to define development priorities and road maps. With marketing to identify the best positioning of the suite in each single market.I prepared the collaboration model with partners to optimize the ecosystem to support the business.I am responsible for the budget of the entire division at European level.

I managed the main business of Infor (ERP), as well as the one related to edge applications, achieving important growth results both in the customer area and in the new business area.During this time I also contributed to reorganize the structure in the face of some acquisitions.The role also included the coordination of the activities carried out by the partners through a dedicated organization.

In the role of Country manager I managed the P&L of the Italian reality. I reorganized the sales and services team in compliance with the efficiency parameters required by the corporate, following the acquisition of SSA by Infor. I supported the harmonization of the organizational model after the merger of numerous legal entities. I worked for the positioning of the new brand on the Italian market by coordinating the marketing and public relations activities.

In 1997 Baan had its start-up in Italy.With the role of Consulting Director, I was in charge of the creation of the PSO division and the management of the business partners. I led the structure from zero to a team of beyond 40 persons.I managed one of the greatest 2000 migration project (1500 concurrent customers) .
