There’s one word that doesn’t exist in my vocabulary: Quit. I simply don’t believe in quitting...anything. If you work hard enough and believe in yourself–you’ll always succeed. It doesn’t matter how difficult the circumstances might be. When life gives you lemons, it’s time to make some limoncello. I learned this lesson at the very early age of 14 when I started my journey as an entrepreneur. It helped me understand that I am always capable of creating something of value. My parents and I immigrated from Venezuela to the U.S. mid 2004. After 2007, they were really struggling like many of us through the recession. At the time, my father was working in construction and I started working with him, distributing flyers every day before school. I would often help him repair houses, paint walls, fix ceilings or remove trees. We often saw how many processes could be improved in the companies we worked with and so I decided to do just that. I gathered my own team and we started out working in small commercial settings and have since grown to service enterprise clients, facilities, and warehouses.Created with the vision to serve, Paragon continues to do just that. We service 48 States in the US and are in expansion to become the #1 FMS Provider in America.That’s what keeps me up at night: how we can continue to improve and deliver an even better service (as I am a perfectionist) to even more people. Last year when COVID hit, it left some of our clients (and everyone in the world) scrambling to adapt.This cast some doubt over my own business. What did I do? Limoncello baby! We met with different company's teams who asked us to source and implement social distancing barriers.
