As the Creative Director, I joined the company when it had a team of 7 members. Leveraging my past work experience, I assisted in interviewing candidates and collaborated with department heads, successfully aiding in the establishment of the Design Department (2D & 3D), Information Technology Department, Unity Department, and Planning Department.I also played a key role in helping establish comprehensive company systems, processes, and employee benefits. Due to the trust gained from the management, I not only managed the Design Department but also became a key figure in the overall management of the headquarters. As a leader for department heads, I took on the role of decision-maker and acted as the proxy for the CEO.Primary responsibilities include:1.Managing the Design Department (2D & 3D teams) to ensure design quality.2.Serving as a decision-maker among department heads, emphasizing respect for each other's expertise and avoiding interference in professional matters.3.Adjusting and overseeing project planning content.4.Presenting proposals to external parties.5.Client management.6.Negotiation strategy.7.Cross-departmental integration.擔任創意總監一職,入職時公司為7人團隊。以過去工作經驗協助公司面試人員與各部門主管,成功協助公司組建設計部(2D & 3D)、資訊部、Unity部與企劃部。並協助建立完善的公司制度、流程與員工福利。因獲得老闆信任,除了管理設計部以外,也成為管理總部要角之一;為各部門主管的領導者,擔任各部門主管的決策者與執行長的職務代理人。主要工作內容:1.管理設計部(2D組 & 3D組),確保設計品質2.擔任各部門主管中決策者,但主要採取尊重各自專業為原則,不讓非專業領導專業的事情發生3.專案企劃內容調整與控管4.對外提案5.客戶管理6.談判策略7.跨部門整合
