As the Director of Infrastructure Services, I serve as a member of the IT leadership team and trusted business partner providing IT infrastructure services for UW Credit Union and our members. Responsible for network and infrastructure application performance management and the identification and delivery of new and existing infrastructure services to meet ever growing business needs. On a daily basis Enzo leads a staff of dedicated IT professionals, oversees core network/infrastructure performance, provides oversight and direction to ensure effective project delivery, and ensures service provider/vendor performance meets or exceeds business objectives.Enzo received a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and holds an MBA from Edgewood College in Madison Wisconsin. With over 32 years of progressive IT leadership experience in Telecommunications, Insurance, Financial Services, Online Retail, and the Molecular Diagnostics industry; he has served as a Senior Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Project Manager, and Senior Technical Leader within both IT and the Business.A retired Marine Officer, Chief Warrant Officer-3 (CWO3) Enzo Ciarletta concluded a successful 20+ year career with the United States Marine Corps Reserve. The most recent position held was that of Data Communications Platoon Commander for Marine Wing Communications Squadron-48 while stationed at Great Lakes Naval Station in Illinois. As a Platoon Commander, he provided leadership, guidance, and mission-oriented direction to 30+ Marines with the goal of deploying and maintaining combat data/network communications capabilities to Marine Air Control Group-48. Served as the primary advisor to the Commanding Officer on all Information technology related issues.
