In the role of Associate Partner, I’m the executive client manager in the cyber security space of important and strategic key customers, in the national security area, where my responsibilities spread in different dimensions. The most important is the Business Development, interacting with the C-levels and leading all the IBM Teams involved in defining the customer's Cyber Security Strategy and the entire life cycle of the deals, from the creation of the opportunity to the implementation of the proposed solution.In the implementation phase I guide the planning and budget of the commitment and mobilize and manage all the involved delivery teams making sure that they produce a punctual and quality work, which meets the customer's expectations.

In the new IBM Technology division, reporting to the Cloud and Cognitive EMEA Regional VP, I’m the Senior Manager responsible for the Technical Sales team for Italy, part of European team and the Post Sales Services team.I’m responsible for the signing and revenue attainment, 30M$ transactional and SAAS business, for the forecasts and for providing sales strategy guidance to the team and lead the post sales deployment escalations. I’m responsible for the Business Partner ecosystem enablement and their involvement in the business strategies. As certified Thought Leader I sit in the IBM EMEA profession board for the internal certifications and for defining the learning path of the team.Finally I develop the country marketing initiatives and relations with universities.

Reporting to the EMEA Regional VP, I was the delivery country Senior Manager for various Services teams with almost 60 HC, with Signing, Revenue and profit & loss responsibilities and Business Partner management.I managed a complex organization interacting with multiple stakeholders such as the VPs, the Product Managers and all the relevant internal structures.On average I was responsible for almost hundred projects, a 45+ M$ business, for all the main Italian Customers spread in all the industries. Finally, I was responsible for the forecasting and for the business and team growth.
