Enzo Silva is responsible for the design and development of Instructor-led Training materials for the Solaris Operating System curriculum.

Enzo Silva specializes in design and development of online and offline learning experiences. At Sun Learning Services, he worked on courseware design and development activities, which included project management, instructional design and development of materials as a member of the Shared Services team. He collaborated closely with the Chief Learning Architect, subject matter experts, developers and external vendors in development of human resources, legal compliance, environment, health and safety as well as technical training for both internal audiences comprised of Sun managers and employees, and the Sun customer base. Learning experiences produced include updating the New Hire orientation and benefits content, design and development of compliance courses for Sun service engineers, reduction-in-force training for managers, the design of the Solaris Campus in Second Life, design of an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) for Chief Learning Officers and conceptualization of collaborative learning experiences for various audiences within Sun.
