HOMYHUB’s mission is to unlock the full potential of garages to make them a valuable space in people’s lives. Our company focuses on hardware, software and services for garages, all of them designed and developed around our core value: Simplicity. My main role at HOMYHUB is to lead the team and the company. As we are a startup, everyone does sometimes a bit of everything. But my main focus is operations, and to maintain the business development up to date. Some of my results are: - Successfully done the team-building. Gathering the Tech and the business team needed for in-house development, interns, mentors, and advisers to back-up and boost the company.- Designed the company strategy and adapted when needed.- Project Management: Planning and leading the project on day to day basis from development phase towards production phase. Gave legal and financial advice in the real estate selection, followed the purchase process, and now remotely managing the operations and marketing and sales area.- Developed a new marketing plan and successfully executed. - Achieved the annual sales goal in six months, increasing sales by 30%.- Rating in the managed properties of 4.8/5.- Planned and successfully executed a Pricing plan, increasing profit over 15% in 12 months.- Increased Year to Year revenue 3 years in a row (2017 update).- 3 times Awarded as Superhost by Airbnb (2017 update) .

At the Startup Lab from the International MBA program, I'm teaching about Dynamic Equity Split Model and giving direct advise on how to apply it through 101 sessions. Also I'm part of the panel of experts that supports and mentors the IMBA students in their development of their startup projects.

A Startup based on IoT working under "Lean Startup"​ methodology. First product: a Gadget that turns your smartphone on your Garage Door Remote and having many features. www.GarageBeacon.com- Planned, designed and executed a crowdfunding reward campaign through Kickstarter, which ended successfully with 102% raised ($ 21,749) and 205 backers. Thus validating the initial idea and the product.- Drove traffic to the Kickstarter campaign using Facebook Ads, with an average conversion rate of 1,5%.- Directly obtained 2 US digital press coverage and 5 Spain Coverage.- Managed the facebook page, effectively increasing engagement and fans.- Made the interview and selection process of the new software developers.- Managed the reconstruction of the website. Stabilising guidelines to improve User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), meet the new marketing trends and make it more effective for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) On Site.- Designed and improved the logistics and reverse logistics for the product delivery, decreasing workload and costs.- Prepared the presentation and personally presented in the Incubator's final (Hub Emprende DemoDay), winning the 1st place over 10 other startups in front of a jury of 30 investors.

- SEO and SEM analysis for different clients in the Telecom, Insurance and Services Industry.- Developed analysis for clients since the beginning, diagnosing the current situation of them and their competitors mainly in the online channel but also analyzing the relation with the offline channel. - Used software and tools to analyse the SEO on page (technical and visual) and SEO off page, also SEM presence, and them building my own data to make conclusions and proposals for improving it.- Discovered and proposed new tools to accelerate and make easier the SEO and SEM analysis.

Financial Control, Projects Organization, Direction and Supervision , Fundraising, contact with the communities and their leaders.Results: Successfully delivered more than 5,000 gifts in the annual Christmas gift delivery for two poor communities. 15 conferences focused on sexual education, first aid, what to do in emergency situations, moral values and civic education. Two kid's day celebration party. Fundraising concert for another NGO. Support in natural disasters in 2008 and 2010. Camping for 100 kids and adolescents. And many other projects.

Creation of a Business Plan related with a Bank Service, representative in any manner related to the current business plan. Results: The business plan was finished and approved by the top executives.
