As the (Regional) Talent Manager for Sonesta ES Suites I partner remotely with many key stakeholders in the Northeast and Midwest regions. I manage the fast paced, high volume exempt and non-exempt recruitment process. I offer generalist support in several areas including: employee development and coaching, employee relations guidance (adhering to a 48-hour service standard) as well as working on special projects as needed. I also manage the full cycle recruitment process for several strategic Corporate Sonesta positions. I began as a Contract Recruiter for RMR; recruiting for IT, Finance, Corporate and Full Service Hotel positions. I was hired as a Talent Manager for Sonesta ES Suites, offering remote recruiting support to Sixteen Extended Stay properties across the U.S. while also maintaining an active load of Corporate requisitions including Marketing, Revenue and Analyst roles.
