In 2002, I got my Computer Science Engineering degree by A Coruña University, in Spain.Starting in 1998, I've a wide experience in free software, focusing in web development, teaching and system administration.The web development technologies I master are: PHP, JSP, Tapestry, Spring, Hibernate, EzPublish, MySQL, PostgreSQL. The most successful projects in that area I've taken part into are: Biblioteca Virtual Galega (bvg.udc.es), Comunitel-Tele2 spanish corporate website (comunitel.es), e-Sicus (budgetary web application for the Santiago de Compostela University), Sergesco (billing web application for a water supply company) and PhpReport (phpreport.sf.net).As a teacher, I've taught computer and free software courses for more than 200 hours in total. These courses were designed for an introductory and intermediate level.The most successful system administration projects I've taken part into are: La Coruña city council educative intranet (edu.aytolacoruna.es), using thin client, NT Terminal Server and GNU/Linux technologies, Corunix GNU/Linux (corunix.igalia.com) and an antivirus/antispam gateway for Consorcio Zona Franca de Vigo (zonafrancavigo.es).At this time, I've a full time job Igalia (igalia.com), a free software company which I'm a proud shareholder of. My main carreer goal is to explore new free software technologies and contribute to the growing up and success of Igalia, enjoying the experience at the same time.
