I love my work in innovation. I'm an Industrial Civil Engineer and I have a Master Degree in Innovation. I'm studying a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology (Candidate) too, because I understand that any result on innovation depends on people. I think in innovation as a holistic way to build a better future: integrating the arts, design, technology and business to improve the life of people. I'm a Fintech & Innovation Advocate,  Digital Product Designer, i have been linked to the development and digital transformation of one of the main banks in Chile. Founder of Bci Labs, the first Fintech laboratory in Chile, responsible for the startup integration and acceleration program for Bci and the collaboration programs with the Ecosystem, focused in accelerate the Bci's digital transformation, through digital solutions that complement the Bank's value proposition or solve customer journey's frictions.From the Lab, push the development of first LATAM Open Banking initiative, through an Open API platform (apimarket.bci.cl).I teach about Fintech trends at Universidad de Chile School of Business and Innovation in Universidad de Chile School of Engineering and Sciences.Today I'm Consultant at International Finance Corporation(IFC), World Bank Group, supporting banks in their digital transformation, open innovation and open banking initiatives. In addition i'm Director at MENTO, a micro lending/BNPL Fintech and Executive Director at Muruna a digital consulting company.
