Technical Account Manager
CurrentAs a Technical Account Manager at Bitso, I provide comprehensive technical support around the product, primarily to Market Makers and other business clients, throughout their entire experience with our platform. My responsibilities include addressing technical requirements around connectivity and APIs, ensuring clients' needs were met at every stage, and fostering strong relationships to facilitate their success. As a key communicator between external partners and Bitso engineers, I played a crucial role in the launch of dozens of new trading pairs and collaborated with top market makers in the crypto space, which contributed to the expansion of liquidity in Bitso's markets and books. Additionally, I was involved in the implementation of the travel rule within the company, assisting in effectively communicating with external partners and supporting closely their adaptation to the technical changes required. In the expansion of Bitso into the Colombian market, in order to ensure it's success, I focused on addressing the technical requirements for providing liquidity in the new Colombian trading pairs.
