Delivered an engineering mathematics course to 3rd year diploma students who required a higher result in order to proceed to an honours degree. As part of this I provided both class room and individual tutoring, set and corrected the final paper.

I have been a senior member of staff in the above facility for a large portion of my adult life. I have worked in a part-time capacity during College and also held a full time role in the centre. Throughout my time in the facility I have been instrumental in the development and on-going implementation of the teaching and coaching programme in the facility.• My reputation as a teacher of all the aquatic disciplines has been well developed through my time in the facility. I have taught c.15 classes on a weekly basis from nervous beginners through to advanced levels.• As one of the senior and most experienced teachers, I was appointed to play a key role in the on-going assessment and development of the teaching syllabus and standards in the facility. • I acted as a teaching mentor for more inexperienced teaching staff• Health and Safety Officer.• Supervised staff on shift and all daily operations.• Deputised for Manager or Asst Manager during Holiday periods.• This highly successful swimming club program consistently developed and produced Irish athletes to representative honours both domestically and internationally for over 30 years. I was a coach working with athletes from 8 to 25 years of age but in later years concentrated on the development of the Age group (13 to 16yrs) and senior Teams (15 yrs +). I was honoured to be appointed Leinster Inter-pro coach 2002 & 2004.
