I am a UCC Agricultural Science student studying low-cost dairy production systems and the key performance indicators that drive this in collaboration with Teagásc Moorepark.To date I have a range of experience from working on my family beef farm, a range of dairy dairy systems, agricultural contracting, and within the Nitrates division of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
