As part of a 6-month placement, worked for 3 months as a Business Analyst.Gathered requirements for various projects via meetings and workshops.Wrote user stories and created process flow diagrams to document requirements in Jira and Confluence.Managed a project to document technical issues within the IT department and presented findings and solutions to senior managers.Implemented a dashboard in Jira for an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project, to filter issues by hours returned to the business.

12 week internship, helped to carry out an audit on one of the firm’s biggest clients, meeting with the client and working to a tight deadline.Offered the opportunity to continue to work weekends for the coming college year. Tasks completed include bank reconciliations, VAT Returns, wages, debtors/creditors analyses and control accounts, organising and filing client folders, writing letters to and interacting with clients.
