In 2022 the IT leadership (including myself) led an organization transformation to change how we wereorganized in IT. We moved from 8 IT pillars to 4 foundational IT pillars within IT, namely Tech foundations, Cyber, Strategy & Performance and Business Facing IT. I lead the Business facing IT team. In my role as Head of Business facing IT, I lead the four IT functional pillars. WWRD, Technical Operations, Corporate & Commercial IT. My team and I centralized Shadow/Business IT and Technology spend back to IT in partnership with the business. Key accountabilities include• Acting as a strategic partner to all business functions to understand strategies and challenges and translating those needs into technology investment roadmaps and solution opportunities.• Developing and implementing technology investment roadmaps, in alignment with business goals.• Establishing and Managing stakeholder relationships.• Establishing and managing a prioritized enterprise portfolio across business functions with Business Stakeholder Governance.• Lead the IT team, providing clear goals, performance feedback, and career development path.• Budget Management.

In my role as Head of International IT, I am responsible for all IT transformation and digital strategy across 19 International locations supporting Commercial Operations, Manufacturing and R&D.I am business outcome driven and enjoy working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to develop and deliver an IT strategy that aligns with the business short and long-term objectives. I am building and developing a team a diverse talent across multiple technologies capable of delivering on the strategic commitments in support of explosive growth within Biomarin in multiple international markets.

Eoghan is responsible for IT Operations in 27 sites across all geographies in Astrazeneca.

Eoghan Maher is a Vice President in the Novoflex group at Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), which is a $30B, industry-leading, Fortune Global 500 electronics manufacturing services provider with more than 200,000 employees and operations in 30 countries. In this role, he leads an international team focused on delivering strategic supply chain solutions using Control Tower and IT Solutions providing end to end value world-wide for the telecom, networking, medical, automotive and industrial customers across the world.Additionally, he is responsible for fulfilling corporate growth strategies through our NOVO organisation, involving the cultivation of strategic partnerships for business growth purposes, the expansion of the overall businesses for the Company. Eoghan has over 14 years experience working across the world with a wide array of customers covering. Eoghan has a tremendous amount of experience working in the US, Europe and Asia, and has travelled and lived extensively across the world in all of the roles he’s held in Flextronics.

In this role Eoghan had responsibility for standardizing all ERP, Shopfloor, EDI and peripheral systems in multiple facilites in over 30 countries across the world. Additionally he was responsible for all major customer IT onboarding projects, and was actively involved in all post acquisition onboarding. He led a large team of consultants and internal subject matter experts in Malaysia, Singapore and China in Asia, Mexico and North America and EMEA. His team successfully rolled out more than 50 sites on the Flextronics standard IT applications across all regions of the world. we were also responsible for all .
