Logic Health became the dedicated Occupational Health arm of Healius. I sat on the Executive Leadership Team of the Healius medical centre business and provided strategic growth plans for Logic Health. Under my direction, Logic Health continued to grow at a rate of 60% year on year. In late 2019 Healius sold the whole Medical Centre business, including Logic Health to one of Australias largest Private Equity funds, BGH Capital. Under the new ownership, I worked directly with the board and continued Logic Healths growth of 60% year on year and opening up 15 Plus new locations across Australia.In 2021 after nearly 12 years in charge of Logic Health, I made the decision to step away from the business I founded and grew from a small WA business to a national mid-tier occupational health company. -
