• Worked closely with the external stakeholders as a Liaison responsible for overseeing resilience building and livelihood interventions they have funded and providing regular feedback to donors on project implementations status.• Worked closely with the Internal Stakeholders such as the Project Lead, Innovation & Finance teams and the field offices on the entire process and risk management. • Contributed effectively to the project design through suggestive reports, ensuring proposals meet project requirements, quality standards and deadlines.• Steered weekly meetings with external stakeholders on the implementation of activities funded.• Complete oversight and support of field offices with selecting and onboarding cooperating partners with reference to the programme Partnership Unit.• Review of current Partners and sponsors, proactively seeking new partners presented to the project Lead. • Facilitates retrospective meetings to reflect on project experiences and learning points, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling the optimisation of project execution based on past lessons.• Worked closely with the Changing Lives Portfolio Manager in the formation of strategic plans, concept notes, scale-up plans for on-going projects, partnership strategy development for the programme. • Ensured timely and high-quality reporting, which includes compiling relevant annual project reports, provide inputs to WFP Ethiopia’s internal and external reporting structures.• Collaborated effectively with M&E focal points to generate the necessary evidence emerging from the work done under respective activity leads within the resilience building and climate change adaptation portfolio.• Conducted site visits to assess project progress and compliance.
