I'm a planner, technologist and affordable housing professional. I have over 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management in public interest technology, as well as over 10 years of experience in affordable housing development, program design and planning. I believe in long term and strategic planning, and empowering communities to shape their future, and have worked with community land trusts throughout my career to do that. I’m passionate about working with programs inside and outside of government to use technology to help meet their mission, and to gather and act on the insights of frontline staff and end users. I have extensive experience on the Salesforce.com platform, Nonprofit Success Pack, Third Party apps like FormAssembly and Conga, as well as with the managed package development ecosystem. I'm also passionate about working and engaging with the public to understand how public services and processes work, and have experience in community engagement, land use planning, and affordable housing site planning. I was recently the Data Project Manager at Housing Navigator, and previously a community planner at Barrett Planning Group LLC. I've has worked as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Project Manager at Provisio Partners and as a low income housing tax credit project manager at the Planning Office for Urban Affairs. I was the product manager and senior support specialist for the HomeKeeper app, a project of a Cornerstone Partnership and Grounded Solutions Network for five years. In that role I worked nationally with community land trusts and other shared equity home-ownership programs. I earned my Master's of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in spring of 2019, with studies focused on housing, community and economic development, along with transportation and urban design. I served as a Research Assistant at MassINC where I researched both zoning incentives and commuter rail fare policy related to transformative transit oriented development in Massachusetts.
