In this role I was the primary Salesforce platform specialist, the Marketing cloud administrator and ultimately the CRM Manager . My role with this Platinum Salesforce consultancy was on their managed service team as an account manager with multiple clients. I was responsible for both BAU and functional / development activities for my clients.

At this consultancy I worked with the Anaplan and TM1 analytics suites. My role centered on creating planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions for clients including AIG, Nokia and Boots. It was here I cut my teeth with Salesforce working as one of the system admins as an ancillary role within the Bedford team.
