Managing Director with primary responsibility for Sales and Business Development, Eoin has grown the company turnover five fold in the past four years.Powerade Eoin has worked with Powerade Ireland in a number of capacities over the past three years. Originally engaged to re-negotiate their contract with Irish International Paul O'Connell, Eoin was subsequently brought into to the IMC Team to spearhead a new strategic direction from which the award winning 'Never Give Up' emerged. Over the past three years this has see Powerade grow the overall category as well as out-performing the category growth rates and driving past Club Energise to number two in the market-place. In addition to managing the extensive assets in the Powerade portfolio Eoin has also been heavily in developing the creative idea from Never Give Up one in 2007 through to this years campaign. (www.nevergiveup.ie) Opel Kit for ClubsIn September 2007, General Motors commissioned Eoin to devise and develop a sponsorship activation strategy for their GPA awards sponsorship. Following consultation with key stakeholders within in the business including the Dealer Network, Eoin developed Opel Kit for Clubs which was launched in December 2007. It was a sports equipment based redemption system that enabled GAA clubs in the community build up points with Opel Car purchases and test drives that they could then redeem with their local Dealership. It was a runaway success with Kit for Clubs ranked second behind VHI GAA Summer Camps by consumers in Independent research carried out in November last year. Over 180 GAA Clubs are now registered on the scheme purchasing close to 400 cars and redeeming close to €250,000 worth of gear.
