August 2023- September 2023.Fixed term contract.Main Duties• Point of contact for absence reporting and completion of daily absence reports.• Ownership of the new starter process to include completion of new starter form, reference checks, right to work checks, creation of personnel file, BrightHR/SelectHR, car sticker and fob set up.• Liaise with line managers to ensure new starter/leaver checklists are completed and inductions planned appropriately.• Ownership of leaver process to include completion of leaver form, updating of P file, BrightHR/SelectHRtermination and updating appropriate records.• Maintenance of internal employee directory.• Scanning and filing of confidential documents.• Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.• Coordinating Executive travel.• Arranging prizes for departmental incentives.• Completion of biannual driving for business checks.• Managing quarterly Director briefings.• Provide administrative support for various departments and management.• Liaise with recruiters, coordinate interviews and screen candidates to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.• Support for other team members as required including reception duties.• Attend meetings as required taking minutes as appropriate.• Manage and prioritise individual workload while also helping others in the team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.• Carry out other tasks as deemed necessary by the Management Team
