Duties Include:Compiling files on each project, necessary for project delivery and compliance.Working closely with the project management team to provide optimum solutions.Using the Autodesk application and the ProAir library of components to create the necessary layouts and detail necessary to facilitate problem-free installation.Providing full material lists and ensuring shipping is complete on schedule.

Acting as a resource for the Project Management team in running the day to day project management operations on the job. Responsibilities: * Handles project management tasks related to design and construction activities. * Creates and updates Vendor and Subcontractor Contact Log. * Prices and creates Proposed Change Orders * Submits, tracks responses and issue Requests for Information * Assist with Project Schedule Narratives. Update project schedules. * Create Weekly Meeting Minutes – Owner’s and Subcontractors meetings. * Write up descriptions for Purchase Orders and Subcontract Requests. * Responsible for obtaining and tracking Subcontractor warranty certificates. * Update and track Project management module. * Researches products for competitive pricing as directed by Project manager * Orders parts or equipment as needed * Follows up vendors on delivery notifications and coordinates delivery with Project Manager * Visit construction site, review progress reports and time lines and report to Project Manager any variances. * Read/interpret project plans and drawings. * Interface with Architect when directed by Project Manager

Dawn Meats Group is a company that specialises quality meats for both thenational market and internationally. I worked in the group engineering office alongside a team of both senior and junior engineers on projects from all areas of the company. The group oversees operations for 13 sites throughout Ireland and the UK. This gave me practical experience and responsibility in managing projects from start to finish in a large industrial environment. I supported developments of a factory roof replacement, mechanical services P&ID drafting and mechanical ventilation projects amongst others. I took the lead on a safety shower installation, which was successfully structured and deemed well deployed on site. Duties included:• Drawing up tender documents and issuing them to contractors.• Contacting contractors inviting them on site to price works. • Researching appropriate codes of work for the correct installation of safety equipment. • Organising inductions and site access for contractors.• Managing contractors on site for each project. • Signing off on works completed and issuing notice of completed works. • Inspecting finished projects and reviewing relevant paperwork.• Coordinating communication between, and liaising directly with, operators, technicians, engineers and contractors.
