A qualified and experienced Careers Advisor since 1996 Eoin is currently Assistant Manager in Loughlinstown Training Centre. His previous roles were - Manager of the Adult Guidance service in DDLETB (Dunlaoghaire); and employment guidance officer for Southside Partnership, Dublin. A training and development expert, Eoin has been a professional coach and coach trainer since 2001. He has coached and trained internationally and contributes regularly as a trainer/lecturer/coach to a number of Institutes including the IMI and Tralee IT. A former founding director of one of Ireland's leading coach training schools, the Irish Lifecoach Institute, he has mentored and coached corporate teams and individuals internationally. Eoin specialised in leadership and state of mind development. His passion for learning and development (an academic at heart!) has led him to study neuroscience and quantum mechanics as part of his professional development. His practical, grounded and no-nonsense approach in all the roles he has held has helped hundreds to step through their own resistance to being more authentic and successful in their careers and personal relationships.
