This covers a broad spectrum of project management, engineering and administrative skills.Project managing customer capital projects at the site. This will include scope definition, preparation of tender packages, evaluation of offers, contractor selection and management of contracts at site.Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to maintain and update the plant status and integrity reports. This will involve working with the external companies and then coordinating any resulting work with either the maintenance department or contract companies.Provide technical support to maintenance work scopes and packages, to ensure plant integrity gets included in every job.Review corrective, preventative and proactive maintenance programs to support plant integrity. This will include analysis of work orders, work order costing’s and specifying future CAPEX.Assist site in achieving best practice in all aspects of EHS. This includes delivery of site, customer & corporate EHS G&Os along with legislative compliance.Supporting the quality function at site including ISO 9001 compliance.Perform analytical studies on the plant and process to ensure the equipment operates within its intended duty and performance criteria. This will involve closely working with the Operations and Maintenance department and the setting of operational limits and maintenance guidelines.Specify technical details for Plant Integrity work scope during outage periods (e.g. Boiler and pressure parts Inspections).
