MandM Greenfields runs a series of weekend family events with camping in the South East of Ireland. Roles include planning, developing and implementing Accreditation, Safety, and Child Protection policies and systems and overseeing all areas of event operations.

Role included building an international team to Design, Develop and Implement a physical and intellectual activity programme; managing Health & Safety; National/International Transport & Logistics; Traffic Management (Pedestrian and vehicular); and the Training / Management of 700 international volunteersAs part of the Modular Activities Department,the Quest team was tasked with designing, building and managing a physical and intellectual activities area capable of engaging 7,500 participants per day. The activities were to be engaging, accessible, achievable and understandable while still being challenging to all, irrespective of ability, nationality, background or language.The 22nd World Scout Jamboree was a 10 day green field camping event for 40,000 15 to 18 year old participants and 10,000 leaders from 169 countries, run on behalf of the World Scout Movement by ScouterNA - Swedish National Scout Organisation

Roles included overall responsibility for design and management of 7 Camp-sites as well as coordinating Site Services; Site Engineering; Site Layout/Design; Transport and Logistics. The role also included Incident and Evacuation Management during National Weather Emergencies.Punchestown 2008 was a 10 day International Scout Jamboree camping event run by Scouting Ireland to celebrate 100 years of Scouting in Ireland. It had capacity for 15,000 participants and 2,000 leaders from over 30 countries aimed primarily at the 11 to 18 age ranges, but accommodating as young as 8 and as old as 21.

Roles included Planning, Coordinating and Managing a water-sports festival providing introductory sessions, races and training in water sports, along with dry land activities in a family friendly environment followed by night time “street entertainment” in 10 locations culminating with "Cruinniu na mbad" a gathering of 300 non-motorised boats along a stretch of the Dromore River System.Dromore Festival of Watersports was a 3 day event run in conjunction with Monaghan County Council; The Ballybay Fivemiletown Partnership; Canoe Ireland; and the Irish Amateur Rowing Association catering for 2000 participants daily.
