As of January 2019, I was tasked with overseeing fraud prevention and understanding Cifas as a tool to mitigate the number of incidences of fraud we face as company. To be frank, I don’t think anyone could have foreseen the challenges we would face when implementing Cifas. However, I persevered grappling with the challenges presented by our new fraud.
