This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring The Speedwell Trust can continue to deliver a wide range of programmes to young children and their families in Northern Ireland.

As one of a team of five Coordinators working to achieve the organisation’s revenue targets year on year, I plan and manage the fundraising and income generating initiatives in the Leinster region. I assist in the development of the Special Olympics All Island Fundraising Programme and implement the programme locally in the Leinster region. Programmes and events including the Annual Collection Day, Cops n Donuts, Polar Plunge and Anthems for athletes to name but a few.

The Irish Heart Foundation is one of Ireland’s leading charities, committed to the reduction of premature death and disability from heart disease and stroke. As Dublin and Kildare Regional Fundraising Coordinator I implement the Foundation’s fundraising plan and introduce and develop fundraising activities in the Region. • Secure support for the Foundation’s national fundraising activities, in particular Happy Heart Weekend • Help develop and implement the Foundation’s fundraising plan for Dublin and Kildare• Introduction and development of new events and activities in the region.• Management of volunteers and development of new support networks throughout the region.• Introduction of new fundraising events in each area co-ordinating all aspects including public relations and media enquiries.
