I began working in Shannon Technical Services as a Warehouse Coordinator where I helped manage with the storage of aircraft files, as well as scanning these files so that they were made more accessible to both the customer and the other staff in STS. Other duties in this role consisted of inventory checks of these files, organizing logistics of these files as they were shipped to and from the warehouse and ensuring all staff abided by health and safety protocols whenever they entered the warehouse.After a year and a half of this role I was brought up to the materials department where my main duties were searching for aircraft parts on the behalf of the customer, drafting purchase orders and organizing the logistics of these parts as they were shipped to the location of the aircraft in question.I learned many skills in these roles, most prominently competency in all Microsoft Office Apps (especially Excel), how to communicate professionally when speaking to customers and suppliers and on a more technical note, learned how to use the sites PartsBase
