Hi, I'm Eoin Fitzsimons, currently studying at the National College of Ireland. With a passion for technology and a knack for leadership, I’ve gained comprehensive knowledge in Advanced Databases, Data Structures and Algorithms, and other crucial areas of computer science.I head the Esports and Gaming Society at NCI, successfully managing events and budgets while fostering a vibrant community spirit. As a Class Representative and member of the Student Council, I bridge communication between students and faculty, advocating for peers and enhancing the overall campus experience.I have hands-on teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at WhizzKids Discover IT Summer Camp, leading classes and ensuring inclusive learning environments. My skills span from Full Stack Software Development, exemplified by my creation of a map-based event discovery website, to 2D & 3D Design, team leadership, and youth mentoring.In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy badminton, stand-up comedy, and motorsports. I’ve been recognized as Society Person of the Year 2024 by NCI Students Union and received the Best Speaker award at Debating 2023.
