Developed a new suite of Management Accounting Reports with Agresso Excelerator as part of a project to re-structure the group's financial system to allow multi-faceted reporting.Created and modified Balance Tables and configured batch loading of budgets, forecasts, project updates etc. with Agresso Batch Input Formatter.Updating of weekly MIS Reports, AG16's, stored procedures and Agresso configuration to provide finance users with an emailed spreadsheet featuring links to their weekly reports.

Project managed, installed and configured MentecPlus Income Manager, a revenue collection module for Agresso incorporating cash-office receipting, imports from multiple payment channels and exports to third-party systems, on a broad range of client sites in Ireland, the UK and the USA enabling those clients to reduce manual entry, allocation and processing times.Implemented MentecPlus Web Payments, a .NET and SQL Server based system for a number of local government and third-level education clients in the UK. This provided clients with the ability to accept credit card payments via the web, their intranet and other web applications.Installed and configured Transfare, an ASP and SQL Server based Mileage, Subsistence and Expense recording and authorisation system, for a large number of clients improving the timeliness, accuracy and consistency of expense accounting and reporting.Played a key role in the development of all three systems: gathering customer requirements; preparing detailed development specifications for product enhancements and bespoke procedures; providing pre-sales consultancy and support; developing and maintaining stored procedures, Crystal Reports, CSS Style Sheets and documentation; ensuring PCI-DSS compliancy and training support personnel and end-users.

Provided technical consultancy on Agresso for a wide variety of clients.Installed and configured Agresso Application, Database and Web Servers.Tuned the Agresso application and database to maximise system performance.Prepared and delivered customised Agresso System Administration training courses.Built and maintained testing, development and support environments.

Resolved customer issues for a number of modules including Agresso Common, Financials, Logistics, System Administration and Mentec Plus.Initiated and carried out a project to upgrade remote access connections to clients resulting in cost savings and lowering call resolution times.Developed Process and Data Flow Diagrams for the Agresso Purchase to Pay cycle.
