I was previously a member of the Balfour Beatty JJ Rhatigan CJV Design Development team to deliver 14 Primary Care Centers throughout Ireland to the value of €140m. The Health Service Executive issued the PPP tender through the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) in response to the government's health reform programme, which places a new emphasis on developing the role of primary care within a universal healthcare systemInvolved since the Tender stage of the project. Currently developing drawings, design details and building materials through the RDD process.Coordinating all incoming and outgoing drawings and documents, issuing to the appropriate persons and maintaining drawing files and records throughout the duration of the contract.Utilising BIM 360 Glue and BIM 360 Field with regard to clash detection, reporting and elimination of clashes. Ensuring all As Built information is incorporated into the Federated BIM Model as the works proceed. The Project is conforming to a BIM level 2 maturity level.
