During the construction of a Project, the client and their representatives are in a continuous need of evidence that the works are performed as they should be.As a Quality Assurance Auditor, it is my duty to find evidence of compliance by means of daily inspections.My responsibilities include: -• Work alongside Project Manager and the Construction Manager carrying out varies everyday duties on site. • Provides daily inspections and documentation of identified quality issue of… Show more During the construction of a Project, the client and their representatives are in a continuous need of evidence that the works are performed as they should be.As a Quality Assurance Auditor, it is my duty to find evidence of compliance by means of daily inspections.My responsibilities include: -• Work alongside Project Manager and the Construction Manager carrying out varies everyday duties on site. • Provides daily inspections and documentation of identified quality issue of all aspects throughout the construction stage from groundworks, structural steel, electrical works, plasterwork, window installation, roof installation...• Confirms that works are constructed in compliance with project plans and specifications.• Provides and maintains daily diary of construction activities including photo log.• Documents the pace of construction activities by comparison to construction schedule by way of weekly progress reports.• Also undertake weekly inspections to ensure all construction vehicles and equipment and work platforms used on site are in a safe working condition.Site clerk/administrationMy responsibilities include: -• Keeping records, time-sheets, goods inwards sheets, goods return, checking deliveries etc.• Liaising with Site Management and Purchasing Management (at head office) to ensure correct specification, quality and quantity of materials are on site as and when required, checking all deliveries for same, supervising the issue of materials to ensure wastage is kept to an absolute minimum.• Assist in supervision, monitoring and management of site operatives, both direct and subcontractors.• Oversee induction of all site operatives, assist in carrying out H&S audits, monitor and manage adherence to PPE requirements.• Providing administrative and technical support the Project Team• Maintaining various daily and weekly registers Show less
