Defined the initial strategy and business case for Cognizant's Digital Works practice. Led the due diligence, recruited the core team of partners, and built the practice's first year of projects from the ground up including methodology, engagement model, sales and delivery.

Led global projects focused on digital customer experience, executive decision support, employee collaboration and third party developer programs for clients including FedEx, GM, CBRE, TDAmeritrade, Callaway Golf, and SCG. Cofounded consulting firm Open-First that was acquired by PwC in 2011.

Led the strategy, implementation and operations of Nokia's app store before and during the craze of the iPhone launch. Built a horizontally scalable e-commerce platform that worked in 100+ countries and supported over 2 million application developers.

Ran the Boston and London offices. Managed the largest accounts and teams of designers and developers building digital destinations, interfaces and engagement platforms for clients including Nokia, ABC, and Monster.com.

Set up and led ‘enhanced media’ team, including user experience design, information architecture, motion graphics and sound design. Directed projects collaborating with software developers creating websites and splash pages for major brands, including Citibank, UCC, Akamai, and Johnson & Johnson.

Composed, produced and recorded music for radio and television commercials. Mixed the music for ABC Television’s ‘One Life to Live’ with more than six million daily viewers.
