And they are imperative pillars for stability and development...To this end, I would like to introduce myself as a specialist of human rights , rule of law , capacity building, and training , Main stations of my career are; - As Law-enforcement Expert, having worked for 27 years- , has positioned me nicely at the heart of the rule of law issues , where I participate both as a working expert and an instructor and lecturer in the rule of law and human rights to law enforcers and judges. - Having been working –part time as External Faculty- in Pearson Peacekeeping Training Center, Ottawa, Canada, in management of political change, conflict resolution , the rule of law has added momentum to my assets from an international perspectives.- My expertise for over 15 years as a professional facilitator in the fields of: peacekeeping, conflict resolution, rule of law, human rights, refugees rights training programs that added to my background.- My PhD degree in Human Rights, Cairo in 2007 on "The rights of the Child in International law " was a shining crowning my dedication to the field of training in resolving conflicts field , Rule of Law and human rights . - The Academic aspect of my career enabled me to, not only conduct researches on the rule of law and human rights issues, but also to deliver lectures inside Egypt and abroad.- Having participated in two remarkable UN Civpol missions as an international civilian monitor in both UNTAG mission of Namibia and UNMIBH mission of Bosnia have had a great effect on shaping my rule of law , peacekeeping, and human rights skills and constituted my solid base in this vitally important and widely ,globally cherished topics or let us say more precisely, challenges.-Duties covered: Adviser to Minster of interior, liaison officer , Major Crimes investigation adviser, community policing officer, adds to vulnerable groups protection specialist.
