Provision of 2nd level client support to troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems including database, code, operating system, web-server, integration, networking, and hardware issues amongst others.Involvement in all application administration activities relating to project implementation including deployment, configuration, integration, testing and data migration amongst others.Involvement in all application administration activities relating to preventive maintenance including re-deployment, database management, data scripting, infrastructure monitoring and management amongst others.Detection of code-related application problems and resolution or escalation as the case may be.Provision of reliable interface between client IT support personnel and Appzone business units during implementation, maintenance and support engagements by giving regular and timely work progress updates.Other support interactions with clients to ensure client satisfaction in line with the company’s business goals.

Creation of Various SMS (Short Messaging Service), Dynamic web applications, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) services on various network platform (MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat),MSSQL Server Database Management,Handle billing application for various subscription services on the various telecoms operators (Airtel, Glo and Etisalat),SMS Gateway management ,Make existing software applications compatible with current systems,Implement security measures,Consult with external partners,Modify Applications according to new specification,Reviewing Current systems,Working closely with analyst , designers and other IT staffs,Testing applications in controlled real situation before going life,Preparation of manuals/ documentations of developed applications for other related staffs and users,Troubleshoot client and in-house problems both remotely and onsite,Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
