In this leadership role, I consult with high profile financial firms in the enhancement of their brand through delivering CMS marketing technology solutions and automation for a leader in web and print technology. I collaborate with clients in the development of custom ASP.Net web sites and web pages, and design solutions which reduce client issues and need for involvement. With Xilidev (Black Lab Mobile), a startup provider of mobile payment services, I directed strategic planning for the IT department and held accountability for IT development. Working with a startup, I acted as the chief consultant on technology to the CEO. I partnered with the owner for verification of initiatives, and utilized drive and innovation to envision, develop, and deliver technology solutions. I strategized processes, scalability, and support initiatives, and directed the implementation and integration of all technologies. I oversaw software and system design, implementation of testing, and build environment. I managed system engineering and established standards of procedures within a quickly-changing startup environment.A few of my success in this role include the design and development of flagship internet and cell phone applications, and contributing to business and customer service growth through initiating improvements to products, applications, and internet technologies. I pioneered an in-house training department and delivered cost-effective solutions around end-user training.This role required the wearing of many hats and I relied heavily on my resourcefulness and strong decision-making skills.
